    1) Fire these fools
    2) Take them to court
    3) Install webcam in every kitchen, streamed live 24/7. That's transparency

    Jonathan

I'd produce some insane videos that simulated the same setup, only had employees 1) talking to an alien, 2) juggling, and 3) something else totally insane. the best 'answer' to this viral nonsense is more nonsense.

    Michael Lazerow

Are you sure this isn't a Papa John's viral video???

    chad

makes a great case for geotagging video!

    Chase McMichael

This looks like a Papa John's kitchen :) how do you know this is authentic? I enjoy this one the most http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AGMEnP4iQh0 Rats @ KFC

The best of all is the human finger in chilly on Wendy's killed their sales but was FAKE. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=x3tkINlq8Rg

Domino's should pull together it brand loyalist which they don't know who they are most likely and give them access to their real kitchens. Im not sure any twittering blogging will stop this video from going viral.

    Chase McMichael

Man was just typing that LOL we have like minds :)

I actually think step 3 is a great idea... Domino's already lets you 'track' the progress of your pizza online, why not take it one step further and actually let you watch the employees that are making it...

most of the major chains already have web-enabled video installed, but they're watching the cash register.

The problem with that is no one would be watching the 24 hr live feed for misbehavior such as this. Who would have caught these two employees acting this way if it was only 1 min of the 12 hr work day? The only reason this video surfaced was because it was some extraordinary. 99.9% of any 24 hr video is boring to look at.

I recently saw Bob Eckert, CEO of Mattel speak about how they dealt with the China lead paint thing. I think he may even have called some of the folks from J&J to see how they handled the Tylenol situation. Bottom-line is the CEO needs to get in front of this. Three things need to be done: 1- Crisis Plan, 2 - Communication (I agree with Ian, this will explode in a very short time), and 3 - Step up, take responsibly, and say how you will make sure it does not happen again.

One of the important lessons to be learned is -- and this goes triple if you're a franchised operation -- plan ahead. We've all heard stories about this happening (Kitchen Confidential, anyone?), and videos were inevitable.

Also, an official Twitter account might lend a voice to the corporate behemoth.

Conover, NC...thats where it is! About a mile from my house.

it is pathetic that there is such a disregard for "taking pride in your work".
time to start cooking at home!
